In 2011, Cindy Sheehan traveled to Japan to commemorate the atomic bombings of Hiroshima and Nagasaki with activists

there. This was shortly after the earthquake and tsunami which were to devastate the nuclear power plant at Fukushima.

When Cindy returned, she spoke with Dr. Kaku about these issues.
