Arum Gupta is a certified chef with a
specialty in French cuisine, which leads him to a unique perspective on
food and its relationship to capitalism. He has contributed to Jacobin,
Telesur, the Nation, and many other publications as well as a chapter in
‘Imagine; Living in a Socialist USA’. He is working on a book as we
speak called ‘Bacon as a Weapon of Mass Destruction’ for The New Press.
